When will my order be dispatched?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and tracking details

Can I cancel my order?

We’re happy to help with cancellations whenever possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it by emailing contact@madeofmetl.com. We’ll make every effort to catch it before it leaves our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to stop delivery. If you decide you no longer want the item, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our returns process.

How do I return / exchange an item?

We want you to love your order from MADE OF METL. If your item isn’t right, you can return it or exchange it following our simple process:

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Start your return within 30 days of delivery. 

To begin, email us at contact@madeofmetl.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you details of the return address. 

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping charges, if applicable). Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the new size/variant you want.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

We’ll confirm your new item, send directions for the return of your original item, and update your order.

What if I haven't received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, send us your order number through our Contact Form and we’ll track it down for you.
