Tracking details will be sent by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

returns

We want you to love your order from MADE OF METL. If your item isn’t right, you can return it or exchange it following our simple process:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Start your return within 30 days of delivery. 

To begin, email us at contact@madeofmetl.com with your order number and reason for return, we will then provide you with a return address.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping charges, if applicable). Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the new size/variant you want.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

We’ll confirm your new item, send directions for the return of your original item, and update your order.
